EliteCart has three plans: Essentials, Professional and Enterprise. Essentials and Professional come with a 15-day free trial, and their price follows your store's monthly orders. This article explains what each plan includes, how billing works and what the free trial covers.

Checkout modules (upsells, line item upsells, reward bar and add-on inside Shopify Checkout) need both a Professional or Enterprise plan and a Shopify Plus store. See Introduction to checkout extensions.
A/B testing of upsell flows isn't part of any plan. Ask us in the chat if you'd like it for your store.
How billing by monthly orders works
You pay a base price every 30 days, which includes a number of orders. When your store passes the next order threshold within those 30 days, the price steps up to the next tier. Each new 30-day period starts again at the base price.

Prices are in USD. The extra amount is charged when you cross a threshold, not at the end of the period. For example, on Professional with 800 orders in a period you pay $79.99, then $20 more at order 501 and $30 more at order 751: $129.99 in total. For more than 5,000 monthly orders, contact us about Enterprise.
On the Plans page, move the Monthly order volume slider to see the price for your store, or click View pricing for additional orders on a plan card for its full table.
The usage charge limit on Shopify's approval page
When you select a plan, Shopify asks you to approve the subscription, including a maximum for usage charges: $229.99 for Essentials and $599.99 for Professional. This is a ceiling, not a charge. You only pay the tier your order volume reaches. The Professional limit is set higher than its top tier to leave room for feature upgrades.
The 15-day free trial
- Click Try for free on Essentials or Professional and approve the subscription on Shopify's page. The trial starts then.
- While it runs, the Plans page shows Your trial is active and how much time is left.
- If you cancel within the trial, you aren't charged. Orders during the trial don't count towards your tiers.
- After the trial, the paid subscription starts automatically.
- Each store gets the free trial once. If you change plans or reinstall the app later, the new subscription starts without a new trial.
If our team granted you a longer trial, the Plans page shows You have been granted a custom trial period! with the number of days. It starts when you select a plan.
Development stores
Shopify Partner development stores get every feature for free, and the Plans page shows Free access for development stores. Once the store switches to a paid Shopify plan or is transferred to a merchant, you must select a plan.
Professional (legacy)
Stores that subscribed before the current Professional plan may still be on Professional (legacy). It has no base price: it costs $0 up to 10 orders and steps up with order volume to $259.99 for 4,001-5,000 orders. It includes the Professional features except Flow-specific headlines, Flow-analytics and Custom HTML & script blocks. To get those, switch to the current Professional plan under Plans.
Enterprise
Enterprise is quoted individually, typically for stores with more than 5,000 monthly orders. Click Contact us on the Enterprise card.
