Your upsell revenue just got a lot more transparent—now you can see exactly which cart surface drives each conversion.
The Update
EliteCart analytics now tracks the source location of every upsell conversion. Instead of a single revenue total, your dashboard breaks down performance by where the upsell actually happened: cart drawer, two-step cart, product page, or indirect.
This means you can stop guessing which surfaces convert best and start making decisions based on real data.
What's New
Per-Source Revenue Breakdown: Your analytics cards now show upsell revenue split by source. See at a glance whether your cart drawer or two-step cart is driving more revenue—and by how much.
Products Sold by Source: Unit counts are tracked per channel, so you know not just the revenue but the volume each surface generates.
Average Value by Source: Compare the average upsell value across surfaces. A higher average on one channel might mean it's better suited for premium upsells.
Smart Date Awareness: Since tracking starts from when you update, a warning banner appears when your selected date range includes days before source tracking was active. No misleading gaps in your data.
Configuration
No setup required. Source tracking activates automatically and begins recording with new conversions. Historical data from before this update will show as "indirect" since the source wasn't captured at the time.
